- To Facilitate Contact: To allow Clients to contact you via the phone number you provide (e.g., "Call" and "WhatsApp" buttons).
- To Operate the Platform: To process your activation payment, authenticate your login, and secure your account.
- To Communicate With You: To send you password resets, transaction confirmations, and important updates about our policies via support@gigfinds.com.

- With the Public (Clients): Your public profile information (Name, Photo, Bio, Location, Price, Phone Number, and Category) is visible to anyone visiting the Platform.
- With Payment Processors: We share necessary information (e.g., transaction details) with our payment providers (such as M-Pesa or IntaSend) to process your activation fee.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the Platform.
