Refund Policy for GigFinds

This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for the Professional activation/subscription fee (the "Fee") required to be listed on the GigFinds platform.
1. Activation Fee
GigFinds charges a one-time or recurring Fee for Professionals to activate their profile and be listed in our directory. This Fee covers the cost of platform access, verification processing (if any), and profile listing.
2. No Refunds
All Fees paid to GigFinds are final and non-refundable.
By paying the Fee, you are purchasing a service (profile activation and listing) that is rendered immediately upon successful payment. As such, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to:
- Your dissatisfaction with the Platform.
- A failure to secure gigs or contacts from Clients.
- Your account being terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Your decision to stop using the Platform before your subscription period (if any) ends.
By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
